Business climate reforms

In recent years, the government of Benin has undertaken an ambitious and proactive reform program to improve the country’s attractiveness and private investment.

An exercise to identify a coherent set of reforms and the creation of an institutional framework combined with a working dynamic was necessary to plan and implement the reforms. The reform momentum in Benin has continued despite the difficult context of the pandemic.
