In the realization of projects included in the Government Action Program, the primary servicing work of the social housing construction site in Ouèdo in the commune of Abomey-Calavi was launched in December 2018. This real estate program is built around an innovative model that substantially alleviates the conditions of access to housing.
Started in July 2020 after the site was serviced, the construction of social and economic housing in Ouèdo in the commune of Abomey-Calavi is making great progress. 1735 housing units counting for lots 2 and 3 of the project are to be built in eighteen (18) months on this site and this with all the amenities (supermarkets, parking lots, airy spaces, rest areas…). It is the most important social real estate project ever realized in Benin since 1960.
