The construction of the 161 KV Natitingou-Tanguiéta-Porga-Benin/Togo border interconnection line and the associated HV/HV substations will strengthen the country’s energy capacity. Through this initiative, this West African institution wants to satisfy the energy supply in a sustainable manner and secure the supply of electrical energy to the large localities in the far north of Benin and Togo.The project is in line with the 2016-2021 Government Action Plan (PAG), with the strong political will to improve the quality of the public electricity service in a sustainable manner.
